Today (Friday the 18th March, 2016) is the ‘National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence’, and to commemorate this important awareness event, the Bullying, No Way! team have updated their look and released a range of printables to help raise awareness. You can quickly and easily download, print and use all of the items, and they have so much stuff to choose from, such as:
Community posters – to put up around your school, home, office or anywhere else
Certificate of participation for students – you’re likely not going to need this, but it’s free and perhaps you could award it to your friends or siblings (or your own child, if you’re a parent) after they learn about bullying
Student tip pocket cards – these handy little cards let you know what to do if you’re being bullied or see bullying
Make your own National Day of Action posters – so you can add your own details
Get involved posters and 2016 National Day of Action posters – these are in different designs and can be used to create awareness
School stationery printables – in different designs and sizes that you can use for writing or drawing on, or… whatever
Website or printable logos – to add to websites, print out and use like cards or similar
Postcards – print these out on card and send your own anti bullying postcard!
Badges – print out your own round badge prints and pop them in a badge blank or use them to stick to text books
Buntings – you know those triangle flags that you hang all together on a line at an event? Well, I just learned that they are called buntings (true – I never knew that!). Print some out and hang them everywhere
T-shirt transfers – you’ll need special transfer paper for your printer for these, but they would certainly make cool t-shirts and get the message out
The Allen Adventure postcard – Allen the Alien is the organisation’s cute little mascot (who learns about getting along well with kids from Earth) and you can print out a postcard featuring Allen
Parent resources printables – these include a school newsletter item, an ‘If your child talks to you about bullying’ poster, and some ‘ If your child talks to you about bullying’ pocket cards
Printable colour letters – print these out to write out the words ‘Take a Stand Together Bullying. No Way!’ on anything you’d like to stick them to
FAQs: Bullying in schools information sheet – these are great if you’d like to learn more about bullying or teach somebody else.
Aussie Kids Freebies strongly support the No Bullying message and we hope none of our readers are experiencing bullying, or bullying others. These free anti bullying printables will hopefully help you send a strong message that bullying or violence is never, ever ok.
